About the Author

I was born in Kansas City in July of 48 and grew up listening to one black AM Station. That station went off-air at 6:00 every night. In later years , I moved to D.C. and Found Black radio in multide. One year, I drove back to Kansas City to visit and Began to get bored with my CD’s. I scanned the tuner and drove for miles without Finding any Black music. As I began to listen to anything I though what if I knew Where every black radio station was in Americia. That, when Americia’s Black Radio Directory was born.
