About the Author

Lori wrote these prayers at a time when she was feeling disconnected from organized religion -- yet very close to God. Lori began to document all the prayers that she was reciting during a crisis with one of her pets. With gentle encouragement from those around her, she created this little book. Although Lori works as a multimedia designer for a Fortune 500 company, her passion is to enrich the lives of animals. She also teaches courses in technical writing and ethics in technology. Lori lives with her tribe of cats in Western New York. She prays every day.
