About the Book

Lenny thought he’d found his ideal mate in Natalie who convinced him to move to Louisiana and work for her father’s natural gas company. Now, due in part to his obsession with sports gambling, the relationship has gone sour. Natalie has asked him to move out, and the only assignment her father has is loaning him out to a women’s prison, teaching inmates about a non-existent career in natural gas. There, he meets the Kitchen Maids, eight inmates on the verge of parole who convince him to drop the pointless discussions on gas and teach them what he’s really good at.
