This is an anthology of poems that very prayerfully celebrates love for country through thoughtful reminiscences and confidence in the Giver of all providential gifts for progress and prosperity. These are poems profound in belief in heavenly promises which give birth to patriotism steeped in faith: “God is taking care of my country as we run our race He is with us in all we endure, everything we face.” Patriotic poems to inspire hope and belief in our redemption from challenges and struggles that are intrinsically a part of a nation as it grows.

About the Author

Kwesi Oginga was born in Beterverwagting, Guyana. He is presently a pastor who lives in Maryland, USA, where he shepherds a multinational congregation. His lifetime ambition is to joyfully spread the Word of God .and of His coming Kingdom. His hobbies are studying the Word of God, writing, preaching, painting and performing.
