About the Author
Cecile Cates Gegg is a mother and grandmother who lives in West Central Florida where she teaches Peaceful Chair Yoga and shares the breathing techniques she writes about. Her strong desire to help others find a sense of peace in these troubled times is how Breathing Better – Feeling Better came about. She believes that learning how to breathe better is the easiest way to relax and feel peaceful - to feel better.
