About the Author

Harry Winston Candler, Jr, is the son of a distinguished Colonel of Patton’s Cavalry. He was born at Ft Knox, KY, finished Texas A&M then served 25 years in the Army. He entered the service as a reserve Private First Class and left a “Full” Colonel, O-6. He was a helicopter pilot and aviation unit commander, (Vietnam twice) assigned to Thailand as the Aviation Advisor to the Royal Thai Army, thence three years in the Pentagon with The Inspector General of the Army, and then three years an Aviation Battalion Commander. He is now an Adjunct Professor of Business, Real Estate Law, and Management at Valencia College, Orlando, FL.
