About the Book

The desire of the authors of this book is to give Godly answers to some of life’s hardest questions . . .answers to questions like “why didn’t God answer my prayer?”; “why did God let something happen the way it did?”; or one of the hardest “where was God during all this?” Our second desire is to help equip God’s people for ministry to a world that is crying out in pain and despair. With this desire comes the hope that clarity can be brought to bear from the whole counsel of God’s Word.

About the Author

William Farley Dr. Farley grew up in a Missionary home and has been involved in ministry all of his life. He is a graduate of John Brown University as well as Covington Theological Seminary. Dr. Farley has been in full-time ministry for over 30 years. His advanced degrees are in Theology with an emphasis in counseling and Religious Education. He is currently a missionary-at-large in Southeastern Idaho with Missionary Gospel Fellowship. He resides in Teton, Idaho with his wife, Virginia and assorted pets. He is the proud father of three daughters and grandfather of three grandkids. Richard Laux Pastor Laux , pastor of the Ashton Christian Fellowship, a local church nestled in Ashton, Idaho, a small rural town on the west side of the Grand Tetons, graduated from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO in 1968. He served Zion Lutheran Church in Ashton for eight years and has pastured the present fellowship ever since. He and his wife of 45 years, Ellen, raised three sons and a daughter in this beautiful area of our country. His passions include being faithful to God’s Word as he preaches the whole counsel of that Word and to see biblical unity come to the geographical church in eastern Idaho.
