About the Author

Editor’s bio: John Stacks started his career at Time Magazine in 1967 in the Washington bureau. He was then Boston Bureau Chief, Washington News Editor, National Political Correspondent, Whiite House correspondent, Deputy Chief of Correspondents and then Chief of Correspondents and Deputy Managing Editor of Time.
