About the Author
ABOUT THE AUTHOR Van Bette Robertson McBride is a widow with two children, eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was a graduate of Prairie View A&M University and retired from school teaching in Caddo Parish, Shreveport, LA. Thirty years of her total experiences were spent working with children of "special needs". Chanel Bayless is owner of Immortal Vision - Keys to Rediscovering Our Souls; She alternates her time between operating the business and sharing quality time with her son, who was once diagnosed as autistic. Her college career as an engineering major was deferred to substitute child development courses. James Battersby is the artist and co-owner of Immortal Vision.
