About the Book

Over many years of family outings, we have perfected the art of S’mores. The last 20 years, we have spent summers vacationing in Maui overlooking the beautiful ocean. With family and friends, a nightly ritual has evolved which involves cooking fresh fish over an open fire and then roasting marshmallows for S’mores. The combination of the ocean, warm summer breezes, and great food have made these evenings at the beach Lifelong memories. This book is an extension of these great times and will, with time, serve as the basis for many more memorable evenings with family and friends.
