About the Author

Born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada, Diane Lauzon, who writes under the pseudonym, Lucy Smiles, resides in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Her nickname, Lucy , which she shares with her best friend and older sister, Yvonne, has come a long way in her walk into creative and expressive inspirations. She is now known by her friends, as Lucy Smiles. Lucy has gracefully decided to share her personal journey by expressing her heart through her writings. She touches on human feelings, fears, and confronting life with a positive outlook. She takes what some would call unconditional love, passion for life, the ability to give to others and generously shares her inner thoughts and feelings daily in the form of letters and phrases that she calls “Daily Smiles” Lucy created this book of specially selected "smiles" accompanied by photos of the smiles of friends who have touched her life along the way.
