About the Book
Keith Seaward, at age seventeen, is forced to make excruciating decisions after his parents are killed in a plane crash, leaving he and his six younger siblings orphans. It’s a kind of modern day Huckleberry Finn with a family in distress theme. His choices are to stay with the family or pursue a baseball career.
About the Author
I was born and raised in Redondo Beach, CA. I worked for the Phone Co. for thirty three years. I’m married, with two children from a previous marriage and one from my marriage of forty-five years, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. I even have a grand dog, Dusty. I retired in 1988 and became a Consultant for the Phone Co. with an Independent Co. I retired again in 1993. I moved to Temecula, CA. in 1995. I spend most of my time reading and going on trips with our seniors' group. I love writing and even made up stories even as a little boy. I have writing in my blood. My great-great-grandfather and mother were published writers. I have a saying that I try to live by, "We need to ask God for grace to tolerate whatever we are going through, and not become bitter toward anyone or toward any circumstances." This is a good thing for all people.
