About the Book

Can love really conquer all when there are promises to be kept and pride is put above all else? Isis and Tyson are faced with many obstacles that are bound to keep them apart. Tyson—wealthy, domineering, and strong, a typical alpha male—has made promises to his dying father, but now he is faced with the dilemma: keep his promise or lose the love of his life, his soul mate, his destiny. Isis—very strong willed and independent—was torn from her drug-addicted mother when she was a child and placed in foster care. Will her pride and/or her independence cost her true love, or will she risk it all and submit to her heart, to love and become his destiny?

About the Author

When I was about twelve years old I was told by my father that I watched too much television and that I needed to find something else, something more constructive to do with my time. This was when I was introduced to reading just for the love of reading. I read everything from poems to romance to horror. Something about romance novels spoke to something in me. Reading led to writing and writing became a passion of mine and I have been doing it ever since.
