About the Author

John Moynihan has been employed in the financial services industry for over twenty years . He has worked in the commercial real estate investment sector doing asset and portfolio management. Most recently, he worked at a real estate affiliate of a large international mutual fund company based in Boston. He has traveled extensively in the US managing commercial projects as well as in Europe and Asia. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. He graduated from UMass Amherst with a BA in English. He lives with his wife and two children in Brookline Village, Massachusetts.
