Robbie's Beach Adventure

About the Book

Robbie loved to visit his grandmother at her beach house. Even though it was a beautiful day, Robbie wanted to stay inside to play. He was tired from such a long trip the day before. He didn't think there was much to do on the beach. His wise grandmother knew what a great adventure awaited Robbie.....if she could just get him out the door. As Robbie headed down the path and onto the beach, he encountered many animals in their natural habitats. He saw lots of people enjoying different activities. When he returned to his grandmother's house, he had quite an adventurous tale to tell.

About the Author

Elizabeth Gillespie was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She was graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia with a liberal arts degree. She taught in public middle and elementary schools for 17 years in middle Georgia in all academic areas. She has been married for 35 years and has raised 3 sons. Over the years, she has been a volunteer with The American Red Cross and children's Sunday school. Her hobbies have included travel, animals, plants, miniature dollhouses and the beach.
