About the Book
I have always enjoyed writing poetry and when my husband and I sold our Resort in 2002 and retired I began writing my memoirs of my: Life on the Farm (as I remember). What better way to tell my story then in my favourite style of writing. {Poetry) As the daughter of pioneer parents I spent the first fifteen years of my life on our old home-stead in the newly settled community of Chamberlain town-ship in Northern Ontario Canada. This book holds some of my most cherished memories of those years. Elizabeth Renaud-Aldred All art work in this book was done by my talented little grand-daughter Jessica Millar whom appears here with me. Thank-you Jessica you did great.

Illustrations by: Jessica Millar Jessica is sixteen years old. She is a grade twelve student attending Bishop Alexander Cartier high-school in the district of Sudbury Ontario in Canada. Jessica enjoys most of the Arts, Computer graphic and of course drawing. As a hobby she enjoys playing the drums and is the drummer in her church choir. Jessica is the author’s Granddaughter.
