Biography and Jazz music of William J Tennyson, Jr. (1923-1959), musician, singer and composer, affectionately called “Bill”.  The story is about the life and musical brilliance of a young black composer, born into a musical family in New Orlean’s. 

The theme is around jazz music, and Bill’s journey to New York City, establishing his 16-piece orchestra in Harlem. The book includes an introduction to Bill, his music, songs, lyrics and notes It also includes family to Bill and his tragic death.

About the Author

Author Biography William K. Tennyson is an Architect, registered in the States of Georgia and New York. Born in Brooklyn, first son to William J.
