About the Book

Kids today, they think they’ve got it tough. What with homework, teachers, and parents the opposite sex and bullies. Throw in an insane warlord trying to take over the country and then maybe we can talk. I’m eleven and I deal with more things than the average adult even thinks about on a daily basis. What can I say, it’s the family line of work. Both of my parents worked in the agency along with their parents before them, all dying doing what they believed in, keeping this country safe from anyone who dares to attack it. My uncle is the chief of our branch. As much as he hates it, my twin brother and I have found our way into the family business, hoping to live up to our family legacy. Those are big shoes to fill but a challenge we accept eagerly. After all, we’re Tempa’s, try to stop us.

About the Author

S. E. Evans a college student studying liberal arts with a high concentration in English. This is the first of several in the series following the Tempa twins. She started out reading everything she could find and has been writing for fourteen years, starting with poetry and progressing into novels. S. E. Evans likes to look at the different situations people face in every day life and expand on all sides. Throw in a little mystery with government agents and plots to take over the world and that is what inspires her work. S. E. Evans is working full time while finishing her degree
