About the Book
This is a celebration of anointed poetic meditations on the timely yet ancient book of Isaiah. At the site of his tomb near Israel's border with Lebanon there is a plaque honoring Isaiah as the Bible's "greatest prophet" because even in times of trouble he carried the yoke of God's Covenant with "the greatest of joy".
About the Author
The author, as a young man teaching diving in the West Indies, dreamed of sailing around the world on a ‘vision quest’ to find Truth. Truth as a Treasure instead found and visited him as “God-with-us”or Emmanuel, the Love of God made flesh, the “Mystery” as Scripture says of “Christ in you”, the Anointed One Who longs to live in each of us. The author, now age 73, seeks to pass on his Joy in these “Streams” as he has in “Songs of the Sea”, “Touch the Sky”, Meditations on the Psalms” and “Sabra” and in poems put to music and performed to dance in both Israel and the USA.
