My mother, God bless her, back in my childhood we did not have much money but she could take a lb of Hamburg or chicken plus a can of soup and make a great meal for the family and also save money at the same time.

My title in life is Chef, son, brother and the best one is DAD, I have two wonderful children Johnnie and Miranda,,, they are my world.. When I was younger I grow up in a Italian side and mixed nationality side but both sides were very loving My love of food came from mother, her mother (nana Cope) and my Grandma Tini.
