Read these scripts by yourself or with others and decide for yourselves if between the twelfth century and the twenty-first century, humanity’s behavior towards itself has become less violent, less murderous, and more compassionate. About the Author

Felton was born in Evanston, Illinois. However, there was no official record of his birth until 1956 when his mother petitioned the Municipal Court of Chicago to verify that she did in fact bring him into this world on October 11, 1938. Since there was no written record of this having happened, the best the judge could do was declare her Felton’s guardian. That done she was able to sign for him to join the United States Marine Corps, which she did posthaste.
