About the Book

God of My Fathers tells the story of the Bible’s Old Testament Joseph in first person in his prayers to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and his father, Jacob. His adventures begin with his being sold by his brothers into slavery in Egypt. It goes through his being forgotten in prison, his rise to power, his struggle for forgiveness and reconciliation, and the settlement of his family in Egypt.

About the Author

Mary Heyn is a retired Christian elementary school teacher with a love for words, a love for God and people, and an active imagination. She desires to share her faith with others and prays that lives are transformed and new hope is born.
