This is a tale about a boy that finds himself caught up in the legend of the wolf man. His father takes him back to the old country to find his roots and see where he came from, and he finds all of that and much more as he’s bitten. The nightmare becomes real when his friends start dying in unspeakable ways. Maleva warns him, and so do others, and yet he doesn't believe it until the day his father tries to kill him and end the curse.

About the Author

This is the fifth book by J.R. Gonzalez, who wrote "Esmeralda's Web, and "The Lingstroms" and with each book he seems to get better, scarier and yet they are stories we can't put down, we must know how they end and we must fight the temptation to peek ahead to the ending just because we have to know. J.R. writes about our nightmares as if we shared them with him, he likes to get into the minds of his characters to make them as real as possible so we can believe what they do and understand why they frighten us as well as inspire us to be better human beings and make the world a better place.
