The book “World Aflame” was the beginning story, of the reported worldwide fires, erupting around the entire world. This fiery holocaust is so tyrannical that communication, energy, and travel experienced in the 21st century is suddenly ended. Scientists, politicians, philosophers, clergy, and “out of the box” thinkers have not come up with any solutions to this horrific catastrophe. Scientists are predicting that if these fires cannot be controlled or ended, in five years, all life on earth, will be destroyed. The consensus of the experts is that global warming and the icebergs melting is the logical answer to this catastrophe. Now the book “World Betrayed” continues the story of the main characters Rick Landis and Sydney Marston. Sydney is the beautiful woman that Rick is in love with. However, they are a world apart, and Rick despairs that they may never be together again! Emotions run rampant in the continuing story of Rick and Sydney as they are separated by the waters of an entire ocean. Rick as a field reporter for the Sun Times Newspaper has mysteriously disappeared. But Sydney and the other prominent characters in the story, Carl Dyan, a former Israeli intelligence officer and Marty, the Sun Times photographer, have vowed to never give up searching until they find Rick dead or alive. Adding to the intrigue and mystery of Rick’s disappearance is the nightmare of the Saterian military poised on the Israeli/Syrian border. This vast army equipped with exceptional weaponry is ready and thirsting for action. This enormous army is the military wing of a shadow government labeled the “Saterian Nation”. This traitorous regime has been planning and recruiting naïve innocents for over 25 years, to take down nations and usher in a “brave new world”. The promise is a “Utopian” life for the masses, after they defeat Israel, they will rule the world. But the question is, why is Israel the key to their success? The other lingering question is Rick alive and has he become a participant with the treasonous regime.
