About the Author

Benjamin Guillen Corona The author born on March 12th 1971 in Cerano Guanajuato, Mexico. In 1974 his parents moved to the state of Mexico and in September 23rd 1977 they came to live in San Miguel Xico, Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, there he studied in elementary school and began to write his first verses. In 1986, while studying at the official high school #111 Gabriela Mistral in Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico he was in the minor seminary of San Josè, there his passion for writing was really born and so he adopted the pseudonym Sagid. On March 1st 1998, he emigrated to the United States, he lives in Columbia, Missouri. On September 16th 2013 he published alongside with his friend Miguel Ángel Vierya Vierya, his first book of poems titles Fragments of Two Souls, said poetry book was published in the United States. On March 12th 2014 he participated in a compendium with 22 writers from 9 countries titled Between Letters and Something Else, said compendium was published in Buenos Aires Argentina. On June 1st 2015, he published his first book of stories titles Secrets of Confession and more stories. That same year he published For loving differently , (Spanish edition) this being his second book of poems.
