About the Author

Cristina was born prematurely and was not expected to survive the night. She has been defying the odds since day one. She has lived through many physical and emotional challenges and has learned to enjoy every day with complete trust and abundant laughter. She lives life with the purpose of deeply embracing her happy moments to add to her big collection of glimmers, as well as learning from her challenges to identify the triggers that can steal her inner joy. Her life’s mission is to empower women by teaching them the joy of dance and the self-discovery path of yoga and to guide them to the knowledge of their divine feminine heritage and grace. Her personal mantra is “Dance is my prayer. Yoga is my power.” Many of the chapters in this book are Cristina’s personal experiences. This allows her to understand the suffering of others and help them redesign their lives.
