About the Author
Born in Washington, DC, in 1957, the age of the Space Race, William E. Dyson III spent his childhood reading sci-fi and space sciences to escape the violence faced by black teenagers in his neighborhood. He graduated from Morgan State University in 1982, fulfilling his dream of becoming a scientist. Commissioned as an officer in the US Army Reserve, he served in operations in South Korea, Panama, Iraq and Bosnia. Presently, the author is employed with the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, while avidly pursuing his interests in screen writing, space travel, aviation, and inventing.
