About the Author

Eden Rosen, BA, Psychology, was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She attended Bowen and Niles West High Schools. She graduated with honors from Northeastern Illinois University. She was bestowed with the Leadership and Service Award for outstanding leadership and service to the university. Eden has written two other books. The first is, “Do Managers Really Know How To Manage?/How To Lose Or Keep A Good Hardworking Employee.” There are a lot of similarities between managing a department and managing an apartment. The second is “A Daughter’s Lament: The Trials and Tribulations of A Family Caregiver.” Xlibris has published both books. Landlords and tenants need to read this book and understand what it is like to be a family caregiver for a cognitively impaired loved one. Eden has had various articles published in property management magazines.
