Janetta Vincente, home from a trip that should have ended in a wedding, had seen it turn into a miserable home coming. After nearly a week of sitting around feeling sorry for herself, she consented to going to house party after a complete make-over. Sporting a classy gown and a new hair-do, she joined the crowd and was singled out by a ruggedly handsome man a little older than the rest of the crowd. Thinking he had forgotten about her when she left, she was surprised at the number of phone calls he had left when she was not at home and arrived at her door only minutes after she returned. She was not immune to his charm, even though he would appear out of the blue after long spells without a word. It angered her to see him with other women, but he expected her to be at his beck and call.

The catalyst that brought about a change came when he saw her getting a goodbye kiss from her room mate’s brother. It was time for him to make some plans that would free him to be more available. He was not about to lose her, especially after her parents know his intentions. He had to work fast now that he had finally met the man from her past. He had marriage in mind it was time to let her know how determined he was.
