It is about how tough times in life can become winning times if we learn to trust the Lord who rules from heaven. About the Author

Charles is a retired pastor (if any pastor can truly retire). He served nearly forty years in various churches and ministries. He wrote during his years of pasturing including Christmas dramas and a published hand puppet play. He is active in the ministry of a local church in Naples Florida where He teaches, preaches and sings. He has an active ministry in an assisted living facility. Though purely an amateur, he has written some songs in his retirement. He now has three other books available from Xlibris, Amazon and Barnes and Noble: "Singing in the Bam," "The Shepherd Left Behind," and "Tough Steaks and Tender Gravy." He has worked to be Biblically accurate in his writings, not changing the known truths of Scripture, and only adding color to make the reading enjoyable.
