The author was a naive New Englander who spent 1963 at a small base in rural France. About the Author
Roger Small was the Food Service Director of a rural New Hampshire nursing home until he was fired/quit in 1990. Previous to that he had been in Hotel Management with Hyatt House, Holiday Inns and Ramada Inns. For the past decade Mr. Small has written a weekly column in two local newspapers. He has published 5 non-fiction books and has written 2 screenplays.
